Workout for Wednesday, February 24th, 2021 —
1000m Row (sub 800m Run or 2000m Bike)
90 Lunges
80 Sit Ups
70 Air Squats
60 Push Ups
50 Wallballs (20/14)
40 Pull Ups
30 Box Jumps (24/20)
20 Toes to Bar
10 Burpees
If you can’t do wallballs, sub thrusters with on light dumbbell. If you don’t have a box, you can sub squat jumps or front squats. If you want to sub anything else, go for it.
25:12 RX. Shoulder pump after. Love these chippers

26:15. Slow and a slog. Must be tired. Died on pull-ups. Did half banded and Half as ring rows. Knees to elbows.
