“Pitchers & Catchers”

It’s a sign that spring is coming (albeit slowly). Every pitcher needs a catcher, so grab a partner for this one.

Workout for Sunday, February 21st, 2021 —

With a Partner,

40 Rounds for Time (alternate rounds):

9 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

6 Toes to Bar

3 Burpees to a Target (the pull up bar)

If you don’t have a pull-up bar you can do toes to KB but it doesn’t make for the easiest flow. I would recommend doing something with the kettlebell instead, like SDHPs, deadlifts or goblet squats. If you don’t have a partner you can do 20 rounds straight through or do 1:1 round:rest.

  1. 29:50. Rx for me. Bad back scales for Paddy: 10 rounds of 9 wall balls, 6 knee raises, 3 burpee pull ups and 10 rounds of 9 KB SDHPs, 6 knee raises, 3 burpees to a target. Grip killer. Managed to stay unbroken.
