Workout for Tuesday, February 16th, 2021 —
5 Rounds For Time:
40 Double Unders
20 Wall Balls (20/14)
10 Toes to Bar
5 Clean and Jerks (155/105)
If you can’t do wall balls, sub thrusters with one dumbbell, lightly weighted squats or squat jumps. If you can’t do toes to bar, sub leg raises, toes to kettlebell or kettlebell swings. Clean and jerks should be on the heavier side…can even be singles if you want.
Annex. Still on the road so did Zachary Tellier with 1 mile bike in between sets.

17:20. Only have 40# DBs so did 10 C&Js, Also did 20 Cals on Rower instead of 40 DUs

20:49. 95# Barbell. 12# Wallball. This was kinda rough but glad I did it. Managed dubs unbroken most sets. Wallballs in 2 sets (12/8), T2B in 2 sets (5/5) and clean and jerks were singles.
