“3 Things I Hate About CrossFit”

I guess I don’t hate burpees, but I do hate thrusters and squat snatches. Might as well get the bad stuff out in one go?

Burpees Over the Bar

Thrusters (95/65)

5 – 4 – 3 – 2 – 1

Squat Snatches (95/65)

If you just can’t imagine not doing cardio tomorrow, add some after each snatch. If squat snatches just aren’t happening, sub a movement that is technically difficult for you or feels heavy for you. If you aren’t feeling that and you’re subbing something that isn’t super challenging, double or triple the reps.

  1. I did a workout that I call “The Jillian” which is 4 rounds for time… run 400m, 20 DB snatch, 20 KBS. 18:40… so you sock that one away in the Uber 20 min category since I got under 20. 😛💪🏃‍♀️
