For a little bit yesterday I thought it was Thursday (it was Monday). Just now I thought tomorrow was Thursday (tomorrow is Wednesday). Either I’ve lost it or the days in a global pandemic are really all the same.
Workout for Wednesday, February 10th —
10 Rounds For Time:
30 Double Unders
10 Pull Ups
5 Box Jumps (30/24)
If needed, sub 60 single unders for double unders. If jumping rope is not in the cards for you, sub anything that will take about 30 seconds and get the heart rate up (5-7 burpees would probably do it). If pull ups aren’t for you, sub kettlebell swings, bent over rows or sumo deadlift high pulls. Note, the box jumps are high but you can lower the box or do some other leg variation (tuck jump, step up, weighted squat) as needed.

23:26. Swapped pull-ups for 10 KBS and 10 rows, so made it a bit longer.
