“Case of the Mondays”

This one is whatever you want to make it. Could be slow and heavy, could be a sweaty mess.

Workout for Monday, February 1st, 2021 —

Divide Reps As Desired:

50 Strict Pull Ups

50 Bench Press (135/95)

100 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

100 Burpees

If you can’t do pull ups, sub SDHP with the KB. If you can’t do bench press, do floor press with DBs or do hand release push ups.

I need a slow workout tomorrow, so I might do this one straight through. If you need a speedy one to start the week, you might want to do 10 rounds of 5/5/10/10.

  1. 16:20. 40# DBs for Bench. This was all over the place. started off with 10 pullups, 20 bench, 25 KB swings, and then just kept going on the burpees and did 50.

  2. 30 Minutes. Forgot my KB and wasn’t feeling burpees. Did 50 strict pullups (mostly yellow band) and 100 G2O w/25# plate (10 sets of 5/10) then 50 bench (95#) and 100 weighted step ups (25# plate) same rep scheme. Good slow burn.

  3. I was dragon ass and damn, that was challenging. I did renegade rows and push presses as I have no pull up bar or bench. 24kg, 31:20

  4. 27:42 – Started out doing 5-5-10-10 but then did more KBS and bench press per round so ended up left with a lot of strict pullups and burpees. Don’t have a rack so did 30 DB for bench press. Fun one.
