Yup, this is one for our buddy Tom Brady. Mr. TB12 has 6 Super Bowl rings, he’s heading to his 10th Super Bowl and the dude is a full on boomer at 43 years old.
Workout for Monday, January 25th, 2021 —
6 Rounds For Time Of:
10 T2B (toes to bar)
12 Squat Cleans (115/75)
43 Double Unders
If you don’t have a bar, you can sub leg raises or toes to dumbbell, but keep your legs straight. You could also do weighted sit ups. If you don’t do double unders, you can sub 1 minute of hard cardio or 12 burpees.

21:09. 65# Barbell. Not gonna lie, this was as struggle for me. Lots of Fireman’s pose (that’s when you bend over and grab your shorts above the knees to try to catch your breath). T2B in 2 sets, squat cleans in 3 sets (6/3/3), dubs in 2 sets (23/20). Would be a good one to repeat, but I don’t want to.
