“Billy’s Birthday Bash”

Happy 36th Birthday to Billy today! In honor of Billy, here’s what could be a real stinker for tomorrow. It’s filled with a few of Billy’s favorites.

Workout for Saturday, January 23rd, 2021 —

36 Rounds for Time:

4 Push Ups

3 Pull Ups

2 Burpees

1 Burpee Pull Up

Extra points for any participants going shirtless or wearing a weight vest. Also, unless you are Billy, I would NOT recommend wearing a weight vest but if you want to go shirtless, I say go for it.

For those without a pull up bar, I would suggest bend over rows for the pull ups and a devil’s press for the burpee pull up. That should still suck quite a lot.

If you’re like 36 rounds (?!), no way, bro, then cut to a recommended 20 rounds. As above, should still suck quite a lot.

If you hate it, I blame Billy.

  2. That playlist is gold (see other post). We had to modify for freezing temps. Too cold to fire up the gym. Did 4 push ups, 3 bent over rows, 2 burpees, 1 devil’s press. 20# DBs. 21:38.

  3. HBD, Billy! Did 22 rounds in 20 minutes. Was outside and needed a limit, because it was so windy. Used the subs Hannah suggested.
