64 Push Ups
46 Air Squats
11 Burpee Box Jump Overs
20 Power Cleans
42 Push Ups
If you don’t have a box, do a burpee deadlift or a burpee jump over something else or a burpee to a target. Go on the heavy side for the cleans and if you don’t have a bike, sub half row or run.

Went a little rogue… did weighted sit ups rather than push ups. Only 20# DB for PC and regular burpees. One round only… long enough for a workday morn for me! 20:22.

Ah, Emily too funny! That Lizzo ride was so fun. You should have high fived me! I haven’t figured out how to initiate a Peloton high five, but I have given a few back.
