Tomorrow we say goodbye to the Trumps in the White House (hopefully). As they pack their bags and load up the moving trucks, I offer you this bipartisan themed workout with the corresponding goodbye/see-ya-never themed playlist.
Workout for Wednesday, January 20th, 2021 —
4 Rounds For Time Of:
20 Dumbbell Snatches (right arm only)
20 Overhead Lunges (right arm only, alternate legs)
20 Dumbbell Snatches (left arm only)
20 Overhead Lunges (left arm only, alternate legs)
20 Weighted Sit Ups
*Dumbbell weight is 50/35 (or whatever)
**When you’re doing weighted sit ups, hold one dumbbell to your chest. Don’t swing it or push it out to help with your momentum if you want the full effect. That said, do it however you want/feels good. If you’re not down with weighted, do 30-40 reps each round of regular sit ups.
