Here’s the deal for tomorrow…

Workout for Sunday, January 17th, 2021 —

10 Rounds Of:

On a 2 minute clock, row 250m then max reps of movement of choice

Rest 1 minute

*Pick two movements and alternate. So, do max reps of movement A on the odd rounds and max reps of movement B on the even rounds.

**Recommended movements are double unders and burpees, but you can choose any two movements. WARNING: Monday’s workout will be power cleans, wall balls, pull ups, kettlebells swings and front squats. Best to avoid those.

***500m bike or 200m run or any other cardio that will take you about a minute can be subbed for the row.

****Score is total reps of each movement.
