Click on links for videos of kettlebell taters and kettlebell thrusters for demos. If you don’t have a kettlebell, swing a dumbbell. If you don’t like something, sub something else. Pick exercises with easy transitions from one to another and that you can mostly do unbroken(ish).

  1. “Could get spicy” you said. It was so spicy (26# KB) I cut out the 25-20 and just did 10-15-20-15-10 and I was still dying. 24:07. Spiked heart rate the whole way through. I suggest to cut it down to 3 movements if that many reps.

  2. Been a while since you made me cry Hannah but this one came close. 31:23. 35# but did 30# for thrusters as those were awkward for me.

  3. This was a real struggle, especially the 25 round. 42 minutes. I had to use the little bell (15#) for those tater things, but used #35 and #45 for the other stuff.

  4. I had every intention of doing this one…then I got up a little late…then I heard it was awful…then I realized I needed a rest day. Ended up doing a 30 minute Bon Jovi themed Peloton ride when I got back to Newton tonight instead. #livingonaprayer
