I’ll admit, I’ve been a bit lazy with the workout names of late. Sometimes creativity alludes me when the dumpster fire that was 2020 comes spilling over into 2021. If working out helps you get through these days, here you go…

Workout for Saturday, January 9th, 2021 —

4 Rounds For Time Of:

500m Row/1000m Bike (sub 400m Run)

50 Air Squats

25 Push Ups

10 Box Jump Overs (sub jump over something)

5 Curtis Ps* (105/70)

*Note — 1 Curtis P complex = 1 Power Clean, 1 Front Rack Lunge (each leg), 1 Push Press

  1. Liked this one. Tough on the legs, but fun. Did 65# for the Curtis Ps cause why not? Air squats and lunges were the worst part. 24:19. Bike all the way.
