Workout for Saturday, January 9th, 2021 —
4 Rounds For Time Of:
500m Row/1000m Bike (sub 400m Run)
50 Air Squats
25 Push Ups
10 Box Jump Overs (sub jump over something)
5 Curtis Ps* (105/70)
*Note — 1 Curtis P complex = 1 Power Clean, 1 Front Rack Lunge (each leg), 1 Push Press
Liked this one. Tough on the legs, but fun. Did 65# for the Curtis Ps cause why not? Air squats and lunges were the worst part. 24:19. Bike all the way.
