Yes, I said burpees, sorry. If you’re pregnant (which, despite the rumors, I am NOT) or you have low back pain or general distain for burpees, you can sub up/downs or calories on the row or bike.
As we all know, you can sub anything for anything on the HAN Plan (even entire workouts or a rest day!), just do something you want to do and post a comment. Did I mention comments are how I record check ins too? Post comments.

36:32 It’s pretty nice out and I enjoyed that more than anticipated. The last time I did 150 burpees in one day was probably like six years ago.

You guys are amazing! Our Peloton arrived today, so subbed 30 minute classic rock ride instead. Pretty fun! Very sweaty.
