Yes, I said burpees, sorry. If you’re pregnant (which, despite the rumors, I am NOT) or you have low back pain or general distain for burpees, you can sub up/downs or calories on the row or bike.

As we all know, you can sub anything for anything on the HAN Plan (even entire workouts or a rest day!), just do something you want to do and post a comment. Did I mention comments are how I record check ins too? Post comments.

  1. 36:32 It’s pretty nice out and I enjoyed that more than anticipated. The last time I did 150 burpees in one day was probably like six years ago.
