Workout for Thursday, January 7th, 2021 —

10 Rounds For Time Of —

10 Pull Ups (sub KBS or bent over rows)

15 Push Ups

20 Air Squats

250m Row (sub 500m bike or 200m run)

For anyone that did the BINGO WOD and commented, “got all the hard ones,” that’s probably because they were all hard! Next time I’ll mix in some “easier” ones so it’s not such a slug fest. Hope you like the new blog.

    1. Awful, like awesome awful or awful awful? I was glad Amanda had done it before me so I knew it was likely to be less than 4 rounds for me. Took lots of breaks.

      1. For me, regular awful. I had an annoying day and couldn’t clear my head. Did feel much better about everything when it was done!
