10 Rounds For Time Of —
10 Pull Ups (sub KBS or bent over rows)
15 Push Ups
20 Air Squats
250m Row (sub 500m bike or 200m run)
For anyone that did the BINGO WOD and commented, “got all the hard ones,” that’s probably because they were all hard! Next time I’ll mix in some “easier” ones so it’s not such a slug fest. Hope you like the new blog.

No pull up bar today, so I did yesterday’s DB Snatch AMRAP. That one was super spicy if you’re looking for a cardio burn.

Awful, like awesome awful or awful awful? I was glad Amanda had done it before me so I knew it was likely to be less than 4 rounds for me. Took lots of breaks.

For me, regular awful. I had an annoying day and couldn’t clear my head. Did feel much better about everything when it was done!

I did the KB snatch amrap and it was one of the most awful I’ve done. Sux S!

i did a different one. 5 rds. 500m row, 12 deadlift (225/155), 50 dubs. 24min. rough. 165#. dubs were rough.
